Very beautiful pair of baluster vases on pedestal, covered, mounted on gilded bronze. Beautiful quality of the gold ornamentation on the deep cobalt blue background. Pretty gallant scenes in the Boucher style signed by the artist Carelle, beautiful quality of painting. The lids bear a Sèvres mark. Very good condition. Rare pair on the market.
