“After the sitting”, oil on canvas signed A. Monti

Charming scene of two elegant young ladies discovering the work of the painter after the sitting. The artist is still working on his palette and colours while the two friends are admiring his work on a luxurious Louis XVth interior. Signed lower right A. Monti. The canvas has been cleaned and varnished, and the frame regilded. Very decorative work.
