Large Louis XV style desk with porcelain plaques

This elegant “bureau à gradin” or “Bureau avec son cartonnier” is a rare piece due to his size, quality of marquetry and procelain plaques. Contrasting essences of woods, with overall very bright lemon wood framed by kingwood.  Three oval porcelain plaques representing angles and flowers on white ground, framed with light blue. Nice curvy shape. Finished by nice chased gilt bronze.
