Lit: Dansaert is a painter of portrets, figures, genre and history scenes. Pupil of E. Frère in Paris, he lifes and works at Ecouen in France from 1882. He exhibits at the Salon in Antwerp (1864) and Paris (1865). He becomes French and chances his name in Dansart. We travels and works also in Germany and Italy.

Works in the museums of Brussels, London, Bayonne, Sheffield, Bagnères and Périgueux.
