Belgian School of the late 19th century.

Lit: Impressionist painter of landscapes, undergrowth and seascapes. He works in the Sonian Forest near Brussels, in the Campine and Ardennes regions. He exhibits regularly in the Cercle of the Beaux-Arts in Liège (1905-34). He is member of the cercles of “L’Essor” (1887) and of the “Salon des Artistes français” (1913). Works acquired by the state and in the museums of Brussels, Charleroi and Saint-Josse-ten-Noode.
