Lit: Heinrich Max Vogel (born February 19, 1871 in Dresden, died August 14, 1939 in Niederwartha near Dresden) was a German painter. He worked as a book illustrator, landscape and portrait painter in various painting techniques as well as a genre painter. He also created a few engravings.
