Large pair painted porcelain vases mounted on nicely chased gilt bronze. On one side, gallant scene with young couple in gardens on the Cobalt blue ground, landscapes on the other side. Gold decoration. The scenes are signed E. Parot. Fine handles in the shape of winged women’s busts. Top and bottom mounted with gilt bronze. Marked on the covers with the Sèvres marks and the letter S. Excellent quality of porcelain, paintings and bronzes. The bodies of the vases spin on their axes (base).One foot restaured.
